Pinpointing where storm water was getting in

Storm weather was driving water into two stacked units and damaging the interiors. Thermal imaging and a full photo record pinpointed the exact entry points at the window sills and joints. Knowing where the water gets in let us isolate the problem, build a plan of attack, and point the association to the right trade to make the repair.

6Water-entry points found
14Thermal frames
88Photos documented
  • Entry points confirmed three ways: visible damage, thermal cool zones, and the owner’s storm video
  • A plan of attack in priority order, so the right trade fixes the source first
  • Interior repairs sequenced after the leak is sealed, with a follow-up scan after the next big rain
