Mold Inspection
A typical mold inspection encompasses various components such as a thorough visual examination, air sampling, utilization of an IR thermal camera and a moisture meter to detect moisture, comprehensive reports from both the inspector and the laboratory, and in the event of a mold problem, a detailed scope of work outlining the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

A standard mold inspection includes a visual inspection, air sampling, checking for moisture via IR thermal camera and a moisture meter, a full report from both myself and from the laboratory, and if a mold issue does exist, a scope of work outlining what needs to be done to remedy the problem.
